Hybrid LTC Solutions was founded by a Randall Peck, an Executive Benefit Specialist with over 30 years of experience in product innovation, design, distribution and plan administration.  Peck and his team were able to garner the support of underwriters, actuaries and insurance executives to support the underwriting concessions available in the Hybrid Professional LTC Plan.   The team has worked with many of the industry's most successful brokers and consultants on behalf of their clients supporting an array of innovative Executive Benefit offerings.
